How far in advance should I book?
For the best availability, we'd recommend getting in touch at least 2–4 weeks ahead. Weddings and larger events are best booked 3–6 months in advance. That said, we can sometimes accommodate shorter notice — just get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Bournemouth and regularly cook across Dorset and Hampshire — from Poole and Sandbanks to Winchester, the New Forest, Lymington, Dorchester, Christchurch, and beyond. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, just ask.
Do you cater for dietary requirements and allergies?
Absolutely. Every menu is built around you and your guests. Whether it's vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies, or any other requirement — just let us know and we'll create something equally special for every guest at the table.
What does the experience actually look like?
We arrive at your home or venue a few hours before service. We bring everything we need, prepare and cook everything fresh on-site, serve each course, and leave your kitchen spotless. You don't lift a finger — just enjoy the evening with your guests.
Do you provide crockery, glassware, and table settings?
Yes — we provide luxury crockery, cutlery, table settings, napkins, and personalised printed menus as part of the experience. Everything you need for a beautifully dressed table, without hiring anything separately.
Can I choose my own menu?
Every menu starts with a conversation. Tell us about your occasion, your favourite foods, ingredients you love or dislike, and we'll create something bespoke. The sample menus on this site are starting points — your menu will be uniquely yours.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We source as locally as possible: day-boat fish from Parkstone Fisheries in Poole, organic vegetables from Four Acre Farm and Sopley Salads, next level meat from Fordingbridge, salt from Chessel Beech, eggs from Stoney Farm in Sherborne, and flour from Shaftesbury. Supporting local producers is central to everything we do.
How many guests can you cater for?
We regularly cook for intimate dinners of 2–8 guests and can comfortably cater for events up to 30–40 guests. For larger celebrations or weddings, we can discuss options — we've catered weddings and parties of all sizes.
Do you offer wedding catering?
Yes, weddings are one of our favourite things to cook for. From intimate ceremonies to larger celebrations, we work closely with couples to create a wedding menu that reflects their taste and the occasion. We can cater at your venue, home, or outdoor setting.
What's included?
Everything — menu planning, ingredient sourcing, all preparation, cooking, service, and full kitchen clean-up. We bring everything except the kitchen itself.
Can you cook at a holiday cottage or rental property?
Absolutely — this is a really popular option, especially in the New Forest and along the Dorset coast. As long as there's a working kitchen, we can cook. Holiday cottage dining is a wonderful way to make a trip extra special.
Do you offer tasting sessions?
For weddings and larger events, we can arrange a tasting session so you can try dishes before the big day. It's a lovely experience in itself — and a great excuse for an evening out.
What's the booking process?
It's simple: get in touch via WhatsApp, email, or the contact form. We'll have a conversation about your event, suggest a menu and send a quote. Once you're happy, a deposit secures your date. Then on the day, we handle everything.
Can I book you for a regular dinner party?
Many of our clients book us regularly — some monthly, some for every special occasion. We love building relationships and getting to know people's tastes. Repeat clients often say the menus get better every time because we understand exactly what they enjoy.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Life happens, we understand. Cancellations with 14 or more days' notice receive a full refund of any deposit. Within 14 days, we'll do our best to rebook your date. We can always reschedule — we want to make sure you get the experience you're looking forward to.
